CHEN (Christian Home Educators Network) 2011 High School Varsity Baseball Team Players who are currently home-schooled OR attend a high school that DOES NOT have a baseball program
Description: Looking for players for 2011 (and beyond) High School Baseball Seasons that fit into one of the categories described above. CHEN plays in the Old Line Baseball Conference with, Riverdale Baptist, Avalon, Spencerville, Washington Christian, and The Heights. This is a VARSITY level HIGH SCHOOL baseball program. Ninth graders and upward are preferred. 8th Graders will be considered based on ability. Although 8th grade players may not see much playing time, team experience at that age is a great benefit. CHEN uses BASES as their winter workout location and plays their home games at Joe Cannon Stadium and the Bachman Sports Complex in Anne Arundel County.
Winter workouts are being held every Sunday evening from 8PM - 10PM at BASES. New players that would like to try out for the team are welcome to attend one of the Sunday workout sessions. Please contact Coach Matt prior to attending.

2011 Gambrills Angels Fastpitch Softball Ages 12U
Description: The Gambrills Athletic Club is looking for 2-3 serious softball players to round out its 12U Select Softball Team for the 2011 spring and summer seasons.The Angels will be playing at least 6 USSSA tournaments in the MD and VA area.Our indoor winter workouts begin in December and run through March.All our current players and coaches have select level softball experience.
Description: The Crofton Stars is a select program locatecd in Crofton, MD. Our focus is on teaching softball fundamentals, sportsmanship and team play.
Tryouts are scheduled for January 26th from 7:30PM - 9 PM and January 29th from 10AM - Noon
Description: The Bobcats are currently holding tryouts for the 2011 seasons. The team will be playing either MABA 16U or 15/16 Metro. We are looking to add quality players to an already strong core group of young men. Anyone who will play high school baseball this season is eligible to try out. We are looking for players who know how to handle themselves both on and off the field. ALL positions open for tryouts.
